Who We Are<\/h2>\n

Founded in 2018 and officially registered in 2019, the Women Renewable Energy Association Uganda (WREAU)<\/strong> exists to bridge the gender gap in one of the most critical sectors of our time \u2014 renewable energy.<\/p>\n

In Uganda, women remain underrepresented in technical roles, investments, and decision-making within the renewable energy landscape. WREAU was born from the urgent need to change this reality \u2014 creating a vibrant, supportive space where women can thrive, learn, lead, and innovate.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
