WREAU designs tailored training programs and partners with institutions to deliver hands-on opportunities in <strong>solar PV installation &#038; maintenance<\/strong>, <strong>biomass energy systems<\/strong> (biogas digesters, briquettes), and <strong>small-scale hydro<\/strong> solutions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 1.25em;\">Our trainings go beyond theory: women learn real-world skills like system sizing, wiring, troubleshooting, safety standards, and business aspects of solar entrepreneurship.
